We are going to build a resort called Vila do Atlantico on a plot which is about 100 meters from the main beach of Santa Maria, the picturesque town on the island of Sal, a few minutes away from the international airport Amilcar Cabral. 
 
The resort is considered a natural link between the town centre and the Hotel zone and has been designed to take into full consideration the surrounding environment. Vila do Atlantico is one of the last available locations close to the sea.
 
Following the standards of correctness and professionalism which have always been the hallmark of our group with respect to our Clients who have always acknowledged our seriousness, we are designing Vila do Atlantico as a resort comprising different types of apartments, commercial areas and garages, according to European quality standards, (as per the attached commercial specification of construction and finishing works), in an exclusive milieu, with all comfort such as water reservoirs, to supply water when the public water supply is lacking, and electrical generators, to provide powerin the case of an emergency.
 
More than 1/3 of the apartments (all set up for air conditioning and satellite TV) have a sea view, while all the others face towards the swimming pools and internal gardens.
 
The Commercial units – all equipped with bathrooms, large windows and external space – are mainly located on the external front of the Resort, on the road connecting the main hotels to the centre of Santa Maria (which is the main tourist town of the island of Sal in Cape Verde), so as to guarantee tourist flow but – at the same time - tranquillity and silence for the residents.
 
The shops and commercial units are designed to host any kind of activity requiring to be opened (such as Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Laundries, bicycle, motorbike and car Renting, Travel and Excursion Agencies, etc.) and they will answerthe need of a commercial centre for the residents.
 
The Resort will be equipped with a Service Centre, including:

  •   A surveillance service

  •   Adult and children’s swimming pools
  •   A business centre with shops
  •   A fitness Centre
  •   An Apartments cleaning service
  •   Maintenance and cleaning service for communal areas
